Click & Collect
Place your order online for collection from us during shop opening hours. We will prepare your order once the online payment has been processed and most orders will be available for collection within an hour of being placed. If you are intending on collecting the order later than within 24hours please let us know so that we can put it aside.
Overnight Weekday Shipping:
Standard shipping fee is £6.95 for orders to the UK mainland. Orders are delivered via DHL who will contact you with delivery details and expected times. This will usually be the next working day depending on when the order is placed. Please allow 2-3 working days in case of any delays.
DHL will provide tracking information, however should you have any queries relating to your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.
Orders will be dispatched in thick cardboard boxes and sometimes we will use bubble wrap to protect bottles. Smaller orders of wine bottles will be sent in protective inflatable packaging to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
In the event of any damages please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for any damaged items. If you would prefer a replacement we will attempt to do this where possible.
If you are unhappy with the delivery for any other reason please contact us within 7 days to discuss. We can offer a full refund once the items have been returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be made for delivery charges incurred.
In some instances items may be shown as available online and we may no longer have them in stock. In the rare event this occurs we can offer you a substitute of the same or greater value. We will contact you before doing so to ensure you are happy to proceed with the order.
