It takes its inspiration from the traditional Mole dish, and is named after one of the best films ever made 🇲🇽 Diamond Bulllet references another amazing film, and this DDH Pale is a proper classic Wylam beer. I will always try and have these wines on my shelves. We are lucky enough to have 6 new vintages, but numbers are limited (especially as I bought one of each). These wines are at the forefront of the modern wine movement.
